I've always thought the Toyota Sequoia is a very underrated vehicle. But do you have any noteworthy problems with it, that isn't the usual stuff?

Absolutely no issues so far, though it's only got 18k miles. Love it.
The only real issue is that the Entune system would freeze a lot, but last time I got it serviced I told Toyota about it and it hasn't happened since.
